I enjoyed reading your teaching philosophy because many of them focus on the students' learning process, rather than on the teacher. I think all of those things are important in a classroom. There needs to be active learning for all students, multiple intelligences need to be included, and a positive learning environment is good for everyone. Learning should still be fun for kids throughout schooling, and it seems like you understand that concept well.
I think that the words you used for your teaching philosophy are great in creating a positive teaching environment. Active learning is key to keeping children engaged in their work and motivated to enjoy what they are doing. Adapting the multiple intelligences into your classroom will allow children to explore their learning styles to find what works best for them. Also, knowing your students on a personal level will allow you to understand their behaviors as well as knowing their interests.
I thought you brought up some key phrases that I did not think of for my philosophy. I really like your promoting positive learning/enjoying learning. If you have a positive learning atmosphere then your students will learn to love learning! I especially think it is great to know the students personally. The more you know about your students then the better you can improve their learning and success!
I think your list is very good! Motivating the students is very important! Learning should be fun and the students will gain more if you present the material that way!Also the more you know about the students on a personal level will help you relate to them better, the only problem some teachers have is they judge the students by their parents actions, and that should never happen!

I think this is a vital part of a successful classroom, but it can be easily overlooked. I think as teachers we must build rapport with our students. I also feel that building rapport is what will make our jobs so rewarding.
I definitely agree that motivation is a very important component to successful teaching. Also, I think that positivity is key as well. I belive that all the philosophies you presented will create positive experiences for the students!
